After-sales Service Request Process

2. To help us handle your after-sales request quickly and accurately, please provide a detailed written description of the issue, along with clear photos and/or a video showing the problem. Please also include valid proof of purchase (order number and sales channel) so our support team can verify and assist you promptly.
3. We will reply within 24 hours on business days.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method. The processing time is usually 1–3 business days.
Warranty Policy
